At Trinity Revival Co., we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policies before placing an order.

Order Processing

We work to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days after an order is placed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.

Please note that holidays, product launches, high order volumes, and other unforeseen circumstances may result in additional processing time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Domestic Shipping

We offer shipping throughout the United States.

Domestic orders may take approximately 3–10 business days to arrive after shipment, depending on the shipping method selected, destination, and carrier.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and do not include order processing time.

Shipping costs and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We are happy to offer international shipping to eligible countries.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and customs processing.

International orders may take approximately 2–4 weeks to arrive after shipment. Some destinations may experience longer delivery times.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise indicated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Trinity Revival Co. does not control customs charges or the time required for customs clearance.

Customers are responsible for understanding applicable import requirements in their country.

Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete before placing your order.

Trinity Revival Co. is not responsible for delivery delays or additional expenses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout, except where required by law.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order resent.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to correct it before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check your tracking information and contact the shipping carrier.

You may also contact Trinity Revival Co. so we can assist in reviewing the situation.

Packages confirmed as stolen after proper delivery may not qualify for a refund or replacement, subject to applicable law.

We will review shipping concerns individually and provide any remedies required by law.

International Returns

International returns are accepted for eligible products under our 14-day Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for international return shipping charges unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are generally nonrefundable by Trinity Revival Co., except where required by law.

Customers may be able to request reimbursement of certain import charges from their local customs authority.

All returned products must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Trinity Revival Co. reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy as our shipping methods, carrier partnerships, or business operations change.

Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date. Changes will not retroactively alter shipping commitments for existing orders except as permitted by applicable law.
